This site is run by Nicholas P. Klusmeyer ("Nick"), an independently licensed health insurance agent (Texas license #3109818, NPN 21020151). This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: I use what you share to contact you and help you with coverage. I don't sell your information, I don't hand it to call centers or lead buyers, and your health answers are never sent to advertising companies.
When you use the site, it records the pages you view, the buttons you click, your browser's time zone, your screen width, the website that referred you, and a random session ID stored in your browser for that visit. Your IP address is used briefly to prevent spam and is not saved. If you enter a ZIP code and request a call, the ZIP code (and nothing else) is looked up with public services to find the city, time zone and local weather, so I call you at a good time.
Your answer about pre-existing conditions is used only to choose the right next step and to prepare for our conversation. I don't sell it, I don't use it for advertising, and it is never sent to Google, Meta or any other advertising platform. I won't share it with anyone without your authorization, except with an insurance company when you choose to apply, or where the law permits or requires it.
I do not sell your personal information, and I don't share it with call centers or lead buyers. I only share it with another agency when you ask me to connect you, as described above.
I may use tools from companies like Google and Meta to measure how my ads perform. If I do, they may receive general information about your visit, such as which pages you viewed and which buttons you clicked. They never receive your health answers or anything you type into a form. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and your Google and Meta ad settings.
If you request a call or submit a form, you agree that I may contact you by phone, text or email about health insurance, including by automated means at the number you provided. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask me to stop calling or emailing you at any time. I'll honor your request promptly.
I keep your information for as long as I need it to help you and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete it.

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so please don't share details about specific medical conditions through the site. We can talk about those on the phone.
This site is for adults. Please don't submit a form if you're under 18. A parent or guardian can request coverage for children.
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
